With a view to keeping an excellent, sustainable and trustful relationship between the practitioner and the patient, the latter is also expected to keep to his/her obligations.

Respect time arrangements :

  • a. If unable to make an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • b. Arrive at the practice before your appointment in order not to delay other patients’ appointments.
  • c. To be on time, bear in mind those risks which may prevent your on-time arrival (traffic jams, road works, the time to find a parking space, etc.). These concerns are common in a city like Brussels !

A missed appointment or an appointment that has not been cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged.

Preferably pay the fees via BANCONTACT or if necessary, by cash at the end of each care session or according to the financial agreement concluded with the practitioner.

Come to the consultation with a clean mouth.

Respect recommendations, therapeutic advice, and drug prescriptions that are needed for the proper processing of the treatment.
